Key Results #2: Shrink wrap and transport vessel to Washington State in September 2025, followed by extensive survey, digital renderings & reconstruction brainstorming alongside naval architect, surveyor & USCG inspector

Key Results #3: Hire a diverse team of boat builders and shipwrights of various skill within the maritime trades to kickoff 2+ year project
Nonprofit Objective: Attract those who resonate personally with our organization’s mission to contribute to Tautira Foundation’s strategic growth and future success

Key Results #1: Quantify, build and maintain growing CRM database (e.g. 300+ potential donors, staff and/or partners) through networking efforts, email marketing and content creation​

Key Results #2: Host 3 engaging, community building events in 2025 (1 public launch party, 1 private donor happy hour and 1 fundraiser)

Key Results #3: Establish quarterly check-ins throughout the year to engage among board members and brainstorm collective strategies for programmatic implementation

Forecasting into the future is critical to the success of our mission; therefore, careful due diligence when it comes to budgetary planning will allow us to offer more support to cancer patients and caregivers, at no additional cost to them.
